Policies and Rules to Follow

1- Wearing a helmet, knee pads, and elbow guards is mandatory

2- Guardians must remain with their dependents in the arena until the session ends.

3- It is recommended that beginner skaters use metal or plastic support aids.

We believe in your right to reconsider your purchase. Therefore, we kindly ask you to review our Refund Policy before completing your transaction.
1. The customer is entitled to a full refund of the ticket value, provided that the ticket has not been used and no related services have been utilized. The refund request must be submitted within 30 minutes from the time of purchase.
2. If the ticket requested for refund is an open-time play ticket, the player will be compensated for the remaining unused hours with equivalent playtime. This credit must be used within a period not exceeding 30 days from the invoice date, provided that the request is submitted within no more than two hours from the time of purchase.
3. A refund may be issued unless the ticket was purchased under a discounted offer or is part of a non-refundable subscription.
4. When requesting a refund, the original receipt must be presented to the staff member.
